heaps, soil, and food waste.

helps to process and break down organic matter into a rich
compost that works to maximise plant health and revitalise
the soil !

Bokashi ( fermented organic matter) works
as a compost starter, it is made from a mix of EM, molasses,
water and wheat bran.
It contains large populations of EM which
are dormant. When Bokashi is mixed
with organic food waste or manure, it activates, and the beneficial
microbes proliferate, fermenting the waste into a nutrient
and antioxidant rich compost that competitively excludes pathogenic
bacteria and fungi.
